Water Heater
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Gas or Electric Tank-Style (Traditional) Water Heater Maintenance. Includes 1 visit per year with regularly scheduled HVAC Maintenance.
Tankless Water Heater
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Gas or Electric Tankless Water Heater Maintenance. Includes 1 visit per year with regularly scheduled HVAC Maintenance.
Oil Water Heater
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Oil Water Heater Maintenance. Includes 1 visit per year with regularly scheduled HVAC Maintenance.
Media Filter
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Media Filter - the right filter for your system. Includes 1 filter - replace your media filter every 6-12 months no matter what! This is the number one cause of service calls, reduced efficiency and capacity, and premature failure leading to replacement. We replace this filter for you and we recommend replacing it with each maintenance interval (heating and cooling maintenance). Price includes 1 filter change.

Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Media Filter - the right filter for your system. Includes 2 filters - replace your media filter every 6-12 months no matter what! This is the number one cause of service calls, reduced efficiency and capacity, and premature failure leading to replacement. We replace this filter for you and we recommend replacing it with each maintenance interval (heating and cooling maintenance). Price includes 2 filter changes.
Electronic Air Cleaner 2x/year
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Your electronic air cleaner should be cleaned 2-4 times per year. Dirty filters are the number one cause of service calls, reduced efficiency and capacity, and premature failure leading to replacement. We clean the pre-filters, charging grids and collection cells for you. Price includes a spring and fall cleaning.
Electronic Air Cleaner 4x/year
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Dirty filters are the number one cause of service calls, reduced efficiency and capacity, and premature failure leading to replacement. We clean the pre-filters, charging grids and collection cells for you. Price includes 4 cleanings.
Air Scrubber
Inspect operation and replace air scrubber bulb as needed. Billed monthly on the 15th of each month.
Case of 1
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Case of 1" Pleated Filters - the right filters for your system. Includes 12 filters - replace your filter every month no matter what! This is the number one cause of service calls, reduced efficiency and capacity, and premature failure leading to replacement. We bring the filters with and teach you how to change them.
Humidifier
Humidifier maintenance billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Includes one maintenance interval performed with seasonal maintenance on HVAC system.
Steam Humidifier
Steam Humidifier maintenance billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Includes one maintenance interval performed with seasonal maintenance on HVAC system.
Dehumidifier

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Clogged dryer vents are one of the leading causes of house fires. We clean the dryer vent and lint trap to remove excess buildup of lint. Price includes one cleaning with regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance.
Fireplace Insert
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Inspect operation, clean ignition assembly and check safety components. Price includes one inspection with regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance.
Energy Recovery Ventilator
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Clean filters biannually, clean system internals, remove and clean the ERV core, test operation. Price includes a major cleaning on one visit and additional filter cleaning on second visit. Performed with regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance.
Remote Diagnostic Monitoring
Billed monthly on the 15th of each month. Requires a Trane ComfortLink Thermostat. We will remotely monitor your system and alert you of any system errors. Remote monitoring can prevent small issues from turning into costly repairs. If you don't have a Trane ComfortLink Thermostat - just ask! We can install them on almost every system and monitor your system for you. Get great peace of mind - and you can remotely control your temperature.
